Ingredients

For 1
  • Golden or red apple ( medium) 2 pieces
  • Rice flour 60 grams
  • Egg (6 eggs whites & 1 egg yolk) 6 pieces
  • Baking powder 1 gram
  • Cinnamon 1 gram
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the apples in half and remove the seeds. Dice one apple into small cubes. From the second apple, cut part of it into small cubes and slice the remaining half into thin slices—these will be used for decoration.
  3. Prepare the baking dish. Use baking paper or grease the pan with a little oil.
  4. Take a deep bowl for making the batter.
